We’re hiring high-potential Sales Development Associates to join our Inside Sales & Business Development team.
This role is built for driven professionals who will excel in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting in a business-to-business environment.
This is an outstanding opportunity for those with no sales experience to launch a sales career with a growing company.

What You’ll Do

Demonstrate self-motivation by functioning independently with a high degree of initiative,
entrepreneurship, and autonomy through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold-calling business leaders to achieve both short and long-term goals. -
Build, qualify, and maintain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities using company approved tools and
regular outreach. -
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction

Learn about health plan solutions and cost containment, working alongside our leadership and sales
team to contribute and participate in revenue growth of a sales territory. -
Promote products based on company’s sales process and proven marketing strategy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings

Proven sales aptitude; prior sales experience preferred
