We’re hiring high-potential Sales Development Associates to join our Inside Sales & Business Development team.

This role is built for driven professionals who will excel in outbound sales, cold calling, lead generation, and appointment setting in a business-to-business environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrate self-motivation by functioning independently with a high degree of initiative,
    entrepreneurship, and autonomy through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold-calling business leaders to achieve both short and long-term goals.

  • Build, qualify, and maintain a strong sales pipeline of opportunities using company approved tools and
    regular outreach.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfillment and client satisfaction

  • Learn about health plan solutions and cost containment, working alongside our leadership and sales
    team to contribute and participate in revenue growth of a sales territory.

  • Promote products based on company’s sales process and proven marketing strategy.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers across multiple settings

Who We’re Looking For

Someone with... ​

  • Proven sales aptitude; prior sales experience preferred

  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills

  • Confident, competitive, resilient, and committed to high performance

  • Effective at persuading, influencing, and negotiating

  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and accountable

  • Professional, client‑focused, and consultative in approach

  • Open to learning and receptive to feedback

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Solid administrative and organizational skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Valid driver’s license
